Couldn't have been happier with the customer service from The Wok Shop; I received a personal e-mail advising on shipping information and delivery date, then when my package arrived (early) there was an unexpected free gift, the mortar and pestle were unbelievably well packed, and I realised that the thing weighed 16 pounds but shipping had only been $10 from CA to NY! I would definately buy from them again without reservation, particularly after browsing the excellent catalogue they also sent. Thanks!
