Calphalon Classic Bakeware 9-by-13-Inch Rectangular Nonstick Bake Pan



Brownies and Blondies' best friend
I have always baked my brownies and blondies in a Pyrex. But since I bought this pan, I can't believe how I ever did without it. Brownies and blondies cook evenly and to perfect consistency, and don't take as long as they do in the glass. And the best part is that you always have even, straight edges that look pretty when you cut up the treats. Also great for making birthday cakes and the likes. This pan should be one of your kitchen staples!!

maybe even better than my equivalent Simply Calphalon
Several years ago I purchased a Simply Calphalon set for about the same price as this single Calphalon Classic Bake Pan. While only time will tell whether this particular pan will last as long as the Simply Calphalon I can say right now that this pan bakes just as well. Also its Nonstick surface seems somehow non-stickier (if this is possible). The quality of the Calphalon Classic also seems better...maybe it's just the bake pan's very aesthetically appealing design. In any case I can highly recommend this pan.

Excellent Pan
This pan is very versitile, not too heavy, not too flimsy. SO EASY to clean. Recommend to anyone.
