What makes cooking easy? Quality cookware. I have never owned a piece of cookware that I really loved to cook with, until now. Heat distributes evenly, which is key on an apartment electric stove.
Holds heat for a while, so there is no need to keep the burner on.
cleans up very easy. not to mention that the picture does nothing for how cool this thing looks in it's actual size. It is a bit heavy, that actually helps when stirring, it doesnt slide around or move.
