Fantastic knives
I've owned these knives before and when it came time to get new ones (old ones reside with my ex now!) I didn't hesitate. These are fantastic knives. They cut through any kind of meat like it was butter. Highly recommended. Wusthof is a name to trust and these fit the bill.
